It was very exciting to get a phone call recently from the Kearney Courier asking me to be in their paper as a local business to be highlighted. I picked up a few papers today since my mom, wife and mother in law all wanted one. My wife was a little bummed she wasn’t in the picture with us. Its always an honor to be recognized as a business owner in our neck of the woods.
“Although he has to deal with some bad messes, lifting of heavy equipment in the sometimes bad elements of weather and work an erratic, often seasonal schedule, being trusted in people’s private spaces makes his job interesting and worthwhile, he said.
“When you go out and are dealing with flood damage cleanup, it’s often hard because it’s emotionally challenging for people, especially if its due to sewage backup. I’m very good at dealing with the emotional side of things,” he said. “That’s why I like my job, the people. I enjoy helping them.”
Asher said he also brings his young son to work as his stepfather did, making the business a family affair.
“It’s almost a third-generation business because my son works with me in the summer and during Christmas break. I enjoy teaching him a work ethic like my step-dad did with me. It’s important,” he said.” Check out the full article here
I love my customers, I am often asked why I named my business what I did. I always hoped to have a business that I would be proud of and when I saw my clients at the grocery store I could introduce them to my wife and meet their spouse as well. After 16 years I can definitely say I have built a carpet cleaning business I can be proud of. I offer not only cutting edge steam and dry carpet cleaning, ceramic tile and grout cleaning, furniture cleaning but also water damage clean up as well.
